DINING IN PARIS
Paris of course has an incredible number of things to offer the visitor. And that of course includes food! In this workshop, learn your way around the essentials of a wide range of Parisian food options: cafés, bistrots, brasseries, crêperies, pâtisseries, boulangeries, tabacs, and of course restaurants. Each one offers its own type of food and atmosphere. We’ll cover all of that, and share some tips and pitfalls to avoid.

EATING SUSHI IN JAPAN: What to know before you go
How much do you know about sushi? Whether you’re a sushi aficionado, a dabbler, or have never tried the dish before, you’ll enjoy learning about the art and culture of eating sushi in Japan. In this workshop, Mamori Sensei will join us from Tokyo to teach us about types of sushi, different kinds of sushi restaurants, helpful Japanese vocabulary, and tips on Japanese sushi culture and etiquette to help you enjoy the dish with confidence.

THE FIVE HABITS OF SUCCESSFUL LANGUAGE LEARNERS
In this workshop we’ll discuss five habits that successful language learners adopt and adapt to their own learning routine. We’ll cover: how to find a routine, how to be an active and engaged learner, how to embrace mistakes, how to go broad and blissful, and how to set realistic goals. TIPS FOR MEMORIZING VOCABULARY

FRENCH PRONUNCIATION HACKS
